2. Authentic Natural Products & Natural Characteristics

Ruthved Organic products are purely natural, raw, and unadulterated. Because we do not use chemical refining, synthetic de-gumming, or artificial clarifiers, please note:

• Cold Pressed Oils: Authentic chekku oils may display natural sedimentation at the bottom of the bottle. This sediment consists of microscopic seed particles rich in natural fiber and antioxidants and is a hallmark of genuine cold pressing.
• A2 Desi Cow Bilona Ghee: Granularity (daanedaar texture), golden hue, and aroma naturally vary based on seasonal fodder and grazing patterns of indigenous Gir and Hallikar cows.
• Pure Raw Honey: Raw unprocessed honey contains natural pollen grains and enzymes and will naturally crystallize in colder temperatures. Crystallization is proof of raw purity and can be gently liquefied in warm water.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices, pack sizes, or discontinue items without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent transaction or inaccurate recipient information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including the Ruthved Organic name, trademarks, sunrise logo, product labels, text descriptions, images, graphics, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ruthved Organic and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
