2. Order Processing & Fresh Dispatch
To maintain the highest nutritional freshness, our cold-pressed oils are pressed regularly in small batches. Orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed, inspected, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our facility in Bangalore, estimated transit durations are as follows:
- Metropolitan Cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (State capitals and major districts): 4 to 6 business days.
- Remote, Hilly & North-Eastern Regions: 6 to 8 business days.

Pure cold-pressed oils and bilona ghee are bottled in premium food-grade glass and leak-proof jars. We use multi-layer heavy-duty corrugated cartons, biodegradable protective cushioning, and reinforced edge guards engineered to withstand transit bumps and ensure zero breakage.
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
- Free Shipping: On all domestic orders of value ₹999 and above.
- Standard Shipping: A flat nominal fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999 to cover specialized courier handling.
5. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
The moment your parcel is scanned and handed to the courier, an automated dispatch notification with your Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking link is sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can monitor your shipment's live transit milestones at any point.
6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your delivery address includes landmarks, correct PIN code, and an accessible mobile number. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
